CMG Worldwide, Inc., (“CMG”), the exclusive worldwide agent for Bettie Page LLC, proprietor of certain trademark rights, the right of association and sponsorship and right of publicity in and to the Bettie Page name, image, and likeness, hereby grants to Wikimedia Commons, (“Wikimedia”), the right to distribute, transmit, publish, copy, or otherwise exploit, either digitally or in any other medium now known or later discovered, the photograph of Bettie Page in a two piece red swimsuit and black gloves attached to this release (the "Photograph").

Additionally, CMG releases and discharges Wikimedia and its agents, representatives, and assignees from any claim or cause of action, now known or later discovered, for, among other things, copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and defamation arising out of the use and exploitation of the Photograph.
