It will, but it is your personal page. It should be kept in your personal space.

Looks like the "Create Flow boards in any location" permission is needed to move a flow page.

I'd also like to know what would happen if I deleted this page and then restore it. Since restoring is kinda like creating, would that permission be necessary?
