《1562年逮捕被开除教籍者令状法令》（英语：Writ De Excommunicato Capiendo Act 1562；5 Eliz 1 c 23）是英格兰国会的一项法令。
整部法令由《1963年教会司法管辖权措施》第87条及附表5 （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）废除。

逮捕被开除教籍者令状（英语：writ de excommunicato capiendo）[3]是令状的一种，用以飭令司法行政官逮捕被逐出教会的人，并将其监禁，直至其与教会和解为止。[4]
