波将金村庄(俄语:потёмкинские деревни),有时又被译作波特金村庄。在现代政治和经济中,“波将金村庄”指专门用来给人虚假印象的建设和举措,其概念与面子工程近似。
这个词原指用来骗人的村庄。1787年,在叶卡捷琳娜二世出巡因为俄土战争获胜而得到的克里米亚的途中,格里戈里·波将金在第聂伯河两岸布置了可移动的村庄来欺骗女皇及随行的大使们。在现代政治和经济中,“波将金村庄”指专门用来给人虚假印象的建设和举措。

随叶卡捷琳娜二世出巡的利涅亲王夏尔-约瑟夫有异说,指出波坦金的建设大部分货真价实(至少是为了取悦女皇才做少量形象加强,粉刷规模不大),并非虚假。他指出人们创造“波坦金村庄”一词以毁谤波坦金[1]。
