砷酸三(三甲基矽酯)是一種易水解的化合物，化學式為[(CH₃)₃SiO]₃AsO。它可由砷酸銀和三甲基氯矽烷在惰性有機溶劑中反應得到。^[1]它不如砷酸三(三乙基矽酯)穩定，容易縮合為多砷酸酯（如焦砷酸四(三甲基矽酯)）和六甲基二矽氧烷。^[2]
