聖母玫瑰主教座堂（Holy Rosary Cathedral，全名Metropolitan Cathedral of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary），是一座19世紀末法國哥特復興風格的教堂，天主教溫哥華總教區的主教座堂。它位於溫哥華市中心的 Richards 街和Dunsmuir 街路口^[1]。

該堂建於1899年，1900年12月8日開放，1953年祝聖。建築風格類似法國的沙特爾主教座堂，1916年升格為主教座堂。現在是一座保護建築^[2]。
