邦特庫湖（Bontecou Lake），又稱塔瑪拉克沼澤（Tamarack Swamp）[2]，是美國紐約州達奇斯縣斯坦福和華盛頓的一個淺水人工分岔湖，距離米爾布魯克村不到5英里（8公里）。面積在113英畝（46公頃）和135英畝（55公頃）之間[3]，是杜奇斯縣最大的湖泊之一。該湖是水禽的重要棲息地。
