草酸鉺是鉺的草酸鹽，化學式為Er2(C2O4)3，存在無水物和水合物。它的十水合物受熱分解得到無水物，繼續加熱得到氧化鉺。[1]它和鹽酸反應得到H[Er(C2O4)2]·6H2O。[2]
