1838年大陪审团（爱尔兰）法令
《1838年大陪审团（爱尔兰）法令》[1]（英语：Grand Jury (Ireland) Act 1838；1 & 2 Vict. c. 37）是英国国会的一项法令，于1838年7月29日获签署成为法律。它确立提交予大陪审团的公诉书（bill of indictment）应注明证人的姓名，并授权大陪审团为证人监誓（administer oaths or affirmations）。如有虚假，即属犯宣誓下作假证供（perjury）的罪行，可判以刑罚。
