《巴爾金化》（英語：Balkinization[2]；Balkinization blog[3]）是一個專注於《美利堅合眾國憲法》、《美國憲法第一修正案》和其他公民自由問題的法律博客。在9·11事件之後的全球反恐戰爭中，該播客對布希政府在公民自由問題上批評態度。有中國大陸學者認為，《巴爾金化》是「一直是自由派法學在網絡上的最大陣地」[4]。
《巴爾金化》由耶魯法學院美國憲法和第一修正案的奈特講席教授（Knight Professor）傑克·巴爾金（Jack Balkin）[5]於2003年1月13日創建[6]。該博客域名為balkin.blogspot.com （頁面存檔備份，存於網際網路檔案館）[7]，截至2017年6月，它的累計訪問量達1100萬人次[8]。
