甘氨醯纈氨醯甘氨酸(Gly-Val-Gly)是一種三肽,化學式為C9H17N3O4。它可以甘氨酸苄酯對甲苯磺酸鹽和叔丁氧羰基-L-纈氨酸為原料,經多步反應製得,[1]它在水中結晶可以得到一水合物。[2]它可以和N-溴代丁二醯亞胺反應,得到甲醛異丁醛[3]
