甘氨醯纈氨醯甘氨酸

甘氨醯纈氨醯甘氨酸（Gly-Val-Gly）是一種三肽，化學式為C₉H₁₇N₃O₄。它可以甘氨酸苄酯對甲苯磺酸鹽和叔丁氧羰基-L-纈氨酸為原料，經多步反應製得，^[1]它在水中結晶可以得到一水合物。^[2]它可以和N-溴代丁二醯亞胺反應，得到甲醛和異丁醛。^[3]
